MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan participated in Laxminarayan Mahayagya, Shrimad Bhagwat Katha and Sant Samagam near Bhopal-Sagar Highway Bypass in Vidisha district today. He said that the work that is done for the salvation of the soul and for the benefit of the world is the truth. Vidisha has been my work place and it is still today. Here the Ganges of devotion is flowing and joy is showering all around.
Chouhan threw light on the three basic principles of knowledge, devotion and action for the attainment of God. Inspiring the officers and employees of the state to work selflessly, he said that our aim should be to show the right direction to the public and make them happy.
Chouhan told those who were present that if someone is a master, they should provide proper education to the children, if they are a doctor, then they should provide good treatment and not ask for money from the poor. If an employee, they should not take bribe.
Chouhan threw light on the objectives of Ladli Laxmi Yojana, Kanya Vivah and Mukhya Mantri Ladli Bahna Yojana, run for the upliftment of daughters and women. He said that new laws have been made in the state to control crimes against women and to punish offenders.
