Moscow, Russia: As per Russian investigators, forty-one people on board a Russian Aeroflot passenger plane were killed after the aircraft caught fire at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport.
The Russian Aeroflot was all set to take an emergency landing on Sunday as the plane underwent technical issues after a major lightening struck it, said the latest reports by Russian investigators.
As soon as it approached the land to take the emergency landing, plane met a bumpy hit on a road and crashed. The fire soon erupted and reached till the midpoint of the plane.
A passenger, who was aboard on the Russian Aeroflot SU 1492, shared a video of the burning aircraft. Here’s what he had to say as he shared the video:
“Guys, I’m fine, alive and safe. I managed to jump out. This flight Moscow-Murmansk 17.50. See the rest in the news. Huge condolences to the families of the victims.”
“Upd – my last name in the list of wounded fake. Or a mistake. I am well. Thank you all for your kind words and support,” he added.
