Two individuals from India’s U-19 World Cup winning crew, left-arm spinner Vicky Ostwal and all-rounder Kaushal Tambe have come to the Maharashtra Ranji Trophy crew.
The Maharashtra senior choice board rested its confidence on Ostwal, one of the best bowlers in the U-19 competition held in the Caribbean and Kaushal Tambe, an off-spinner and a forceful player, known to complete pairs.
Ostwal hails from the pleasant slope station of Lonavala and afterward chose the edges of Pune, while Tambe, a child of a senior cop, hails from Pune itself.
Maharashtra are put in Elite Group G for the pined for homegrown competition and will play their association matches in Haryana from February 17.

The Maharashtra Cricket Association (MACA) said since Ruturaj Gaikwad has been chosen for the T20 series against West Indies he will not be accessible for the association period of Ranji Trophy.
