Cannes 2019: TV actor Hina Khan walked the red carpet for the first time and fans are in awe of her grandiose attire.
Popular TV actor Hina Khan made a glittery debut at the red carpet of the 72nd Cannes Film Festival.
Hina Khan’s couture is designed by Ziad Nakad, a Lebanese designer. The flowy and flared sleeves gracefully draped as Khan walked on the red carpet. The metallic blue-greyish gown is embellished with glitter, jewels and stones.
Khan, known for her roles in shows such as ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ and ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’, is attending the Cannes Film Festival 2019 for her short film, ‘Lines’ — based on the Kargil War and co-starring Farida Jalal and Rishi Bhutani. Its screening is slated to premiere at Cannes on Friday, May 17.
Explaining about her appearance at the Cannes Film Festival, Khan said in a statement, “It’s a huge honour. I have been following the Cannes Film Festival as a fan for years. Not only because of the red carpet, but more so because Cannes is the ground for some of the most path-breaking international content.”
For her interviews, she wore a pastel pink pant-suit designed by Sahil Kochar. She accessorised the feminine suit with jewellery by Sapna Mehta. Khan was styled by Sayali Vidya.
