The best performance of the players in the ongoing Mantri Trophy Cricket Mahakumbh in the Surkhi Assembly Constituency of Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh has fascinated the audience.
Akash Singh Rajput greeted the players and said there is no dearth of skill in the youth of Surkhi Assembly Constituency. Every youth is our identity. On Saturday, 32 teams from all the five mandals participated in the Mantri Trophy, in which 10-over matches were played in all the five mandals. 3 matches were played in Surkhi, 4 in Jaisinagar, 3 in Bilhara, 3 in Rahatgarh, 4 in Sihora. Till Saturday, 69 teams have participated in the Mantri Trophy Cricket Mahakumbh.
On Saturday, the first match was held in Surkhi between Team Shooter 11 and Shiva Cricket Club, in which Shooter 11 scored 50 runs, in which Shiva Cricket Club won the match by scoring 54 runs, the man of the match being Prabhu.
In the second match of Surkhi between Team Talguwari and Ghana Club, Talguwari scored 90 runs while Ghana Club won the match by scoring 93 runs in which Mahendra was the man of the match.
In the third match of Surkhi, there was a match between Jai Lankesh Surkhi and Aniket Fans Club, Jai Lankesh set a target of 145 runs against which Aniket Fans Club could score only 60 runs. Rahul scored 61 runs in this series from Jai Lankesh team, who was the man of the match while making Surkhi’s first half-century.
The first match under the Mantri Trophy was held at Bilhara between Sahajpuri Khurd 11 and Tiger 11 Bilhara. Sahajpuri set a target of 42 runs, Tiger11 won the match by scoring 43 runs, Man of the match was Bhupendra. In the second match, there was a contest between Rising Star11 and Tekapar11. Rising scored 97, Tekapar scored 98 to win the match. Akash was the man of the match. In the third match, there was a match between Sahajpuri Bujurg and Berkhedi11, in which Sahajpuri scored a mammoth score of 123 runs against which Berkhedi11 could score only 84 runs. Sahajpuri Bujurg won the match by 39 runs in which Raju was the man of the match.
The first match in Rahatgarh was played between Team Jalwa and Aandhi, Team Aandhi scored 99 runs, Jalwa won the match by scoring 100 runs, in which Shakeel was the man of the match. The second match took place between Team Barkheda and Team Mirkhedi, Barkheda won the toss and scored 77 runs, while Mirkhedi won the match by scoring 78 runs, in which Bikki was the man of the match after scoring a half-century. The third match took place between Muskaan 1 and Muskaan 2 in which Muskaan 1 scored 99 runs against which Muskaan 2 was reduced to 93 runs. Muskaan1 won the match in which man of the match was Gaurav.
Team Mahakal Hinnod and Dhoom Mudri competed in Jaisinagar in which Team Dhoom scored 59 runs, Team Makahal won the match by scoring 62 runs, Man of the Match Goldie. The second match was played between Team Seven and Dhakrai, in which Team Seven scored 112 runs, Dhakrai won the match by scoring 113 runs, Man of the Match Sahil Thakur. In the third match, there was a match between Team Narmada and Khamaria in which Team Khamaria set a target of 102 runs in which Narmada got reduced to 69 runs. Team Khamaria won the match by 34 runs and Sandeep Yadav was the man of the match. The fourth match was played between Real Star and Karhad, in which Karhad scored 121 runs while Real Star was able to score 112 runs. Team Karhad was the winner in which Akash Bansal was the man of the match.
The first match in Mandal Sihora was won by Team Jai Bhim Club and King of Bahrol by scoring 36 runs, against which Team Jai Bhim won the match by scoring 37 runs, Man of the Match Jitendra Ahirwar. The second match took place between Tiger Bamura and Saubariya Hansrai, in which Saubariya Hansrai scored 77 runs and Tiger Bamura won the match by scoring 78 runs. Man of the match was Ajay. The third match took place between Team Maa Jwala and Rupau Club, in which Team Rupau scored 73 runs, Maa Jwala team was the winner by scoring 74 runs, Dipesh was the man of the match. Fourth match took place between Team Family Club and 123 Sihora, in which Team Family scored 46 runs and Team 123 Sihora could score only 44 runs. Family Club won the match in which Gudiram Lodhi was the man of the match.
The stadium was full with spectators and the atmosphere was full of enthusiasm that supported the players. The players went for fours and sixes was highly appreciated by the spectators came from different places were seen clapping entire time during the match. On this occasion, hundreds of residents from the area in including Ranbahadur Singh Rajput, Arvind Singh Rajput, Tinku Raja, Neeraj Tiwari, Golu Soni, Surendra, Prabhat Tiwari, Indraj, Manish Garg, Kamlesh Pandey, Harishankar Lodhi reached the stadium and enjoyed the ongoing Cricket Mahakumbh under the Mantri Trophy.
