Mayurbhanj: A snake or ornate flying snake flying on Saturday (March 17) was found in Dhanpur village of Mayurbhanj district of Odisha.

It was rescued by the rescue team of the Similipal Tiger Reserve . There are thousands of species of snakes in the country and around the world. This rare snake is also from one of these flying snakes species . It is a rare species of snakes that can be found in a few countries including India. These snakes eat lizards, small animals, birds, small snakes and insects. It also sometimes appears around the houses. It has also been seen hanging from a tree. The incidents of their sightings have also been revealed before. This snake usually spends its life on trees.

These snakes are found in Central India

Flying snake Chrysopelea is the snake of the Genus. These are very less toxic. That’s why humans have less risk to get harmed by them. These snakes are found in Southeast Asia, South China, India and Sri Lanka. In India it is found more in Central India, Bihar, Odisha and West Bengal. These snakes have the ability to move at very high speeds.
