Ingredients

  • 400 grams of spinach
  • Gram flour 120 grams
  • Grubed peanut 100 grams
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chilli 3
  • Salt to taste
  • One spoon garam masala
  • Three boiled potatoes and three onions
  • Refined Oil

How to Make It:

First of all, wash the leaves of spinach  to make spinach ready for kebabs. After this, grind the spinach leaves into a mixer and make its paste. When the paste is ready, mash the boiled potatoes in it as well.

The next step is to add salt, coriander leaves, gram flour, groundnut, garam masala and chopped onions in it. Now mix them well, so that they maintain the consistency of the paste. Now divide the mixture into equal two parts and keep it for half an hour. Put the pan on low flame on the gas and add refined oil in it and heat it. Now put a mixture of spinach and potato like kebab in it.

Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or tamarind chutney!
