Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will be closing the registration process of Selection posts (Grade VI) on October 5, 2018. So the candidates who have not applied yet can visit the official website, www.ssconline.nic.in
The registration will be closed at 5 pm on the same date. Earlier, the date of closing the application process was September 30, 2018, but now it has been extended to five days.
This has been done by SSC due to the complaints received from the applicants regarding technical issues they faced while filling the application forms.
Candidates are advised to go through the official website to know more about the eligibility criteria, age limit, and other details before filling the application form.
HOW TO APPLY FOR SSC RECRUITMENT 2018
Application fee
- The application fee for the recruitment examination is Rs. 100 and must be paid through SBI challan only
- Candidates can submit application fee at the nearest SBI branch till October 3, 2018
- No other payment mode will be accepted by SSC
- Women candidates and those who belong to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-Servicemen (ExS) are exempted to pay an application fee

SSC had started the application process from September 5, 2018, and it will be concluded in October now.
SSC GD Constable Exam
The online application process for SSC GD Constable Recruitment process began last month. The last date was extended to September 30, 2018.
