Shikhar Dhawan, an Indian cricketer, and his wife Ayesha Mukherji have separated after eight years of marriage. In a post on Tuesday, Ayesha Mukerji revealed that she is now a two-time divorcee. They married in 2012 and have a kid named Zoravar. Ayesha Mukerji is a Melbourne native who used to be a boxer. Dhawan is presently playing for the Delhi Capitals (DC) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in preparation for the restart of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021, which was stopped in May owing to the COVID-19 epidemic.
For long years, Dhawan has been a key performer for India, particularly in limited-overs forms.
In 2010, he made his ODI debut, and in 2013, he played his maiden Test for India, making a century against Australia on his debut. In 2011, he made his T20I debut. Dhawan has represented India in 145 One-Day Internationals, 68 Twenty-20 Internationals, and 34 Tests.
With regular captain Virat Kohli and vice-captain Rohit Sharma in England for the Test series at the time, the 35-year-old commanded a youthful India side during their white-ball tour of Sri Lanka.
While he guided them to a 2-1 ODI series triumph, the Indian squad was beset by a Covid problem and finally lost the T20I series by the same margin.
