Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that important decisions have always been taken by the state government in the interest of farmers. This sequence is still going on.

Real information about the current problems of farmers is also obtained from organisations like Kisan Manch, which helps in solving small and big problems related to farmers quickly.

In the interest of farmers and other consumers, the state government is working continuously in this direction while staying alert and active.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that a subsidy of Rs. 24 thousand crore has been provided for the supply of adequate power. Complaints related to electricity supply and electricity bills errors should be resolved immediately through the camps.

Even at the present time of sowing of Rabi crops, farmers should be supplied the required electricity without any problem.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was discussing the suggestions received related to farmers’ welfare in a meeting held with the functionaries of Kisan Manch in Mantralaya today.

CM Chouhan gave instructions for necessary implementation on the suggestions received from Kisan Manch. At the beginning of the meeting, the members of Kisan Manch congratulated Chief Minister Chouhan for the unveiling of Shri Mahakal Lok in Ujjain.

Instructions to suspend Mandi employee

Chief Minister Chouhan directed to suspend Brijesh Dhakad, Assistant Sub-Inspector of Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti, Binaganj in Guna district on the complaint made by the Kisan Manch.

On another complaint, CM Chouhan directed to register an FIR against the employee of Electricity Distribution Company at Vankhedi in Narmadapuram district and send him to jail.

In this complaint, there is an allegation of recovering the amount from the farmers by illegally printing the receipt book by the employee.

In the meeting, on the suggestions related to Agriculture, Revenue, Energy, Animal Husbandry and Cooperatives, senior officers of the concerned department informed about the work done so far and the action to be taken in future.

Department of Energy

Chief Minister Chouhan said that maximum facilities for agricultural work should be given to the farmers by the Energy Department.

The departmental staff should continue to work diligently for adequate power supply for Rabi crops, to protect transformers from overload and to get damaged transformers repaired. Action should be taken to solve the problem by setting up camps.

Revenue Department

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that campaign for revenue awareness and rectification of errors has been conducted in the state in the past. Such a campaign will be conducted again. The campaign plan is being worked out. Namantaran and other works are conducted in a transparent manner and being time in the state.

Manish Rastogi, Principal Secretary to Revenue Department and the Chief Minister, informed that arrangements have been made for speedy disposal of revenue related works in the state. Innovative arrangements have been made for cyber tehsil.

Cyber ​​Tehsil was started from Datia and Sehore on pilot basis. Now it is extended, four other districts Sagar, Dindori, Indore and Harda. Necessary action is taken after the report is received by the Tehsildar of Cyber​​Tehsil posted in Bhopal from the district. In undisputed cases, immediate action is taken.

In this system the farmer and the revenue officer do not know each other. Faceless system has been developed. This system will be implemented in other districts also.

In the meeting, the cyber tehsil system’s initiative of providing the facility of transfer from home to the parties of undisputed conversion cases by not presenting themselves in the tehsil office was appreciated. The officials of the Kisan Manch present described this arrangement as an important step taken in the interest of the farmers.

Focus on formation of FPO at state level and its promotion

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that necessary support is also being given by FPOs formed in the state. We will consider formation of FPO at the state level and providing necessary support besides making a separate policy for this.

Manure has been arranged for the farmers as per their requirement. Adequate manure, fertilizer and its supply have been continuously reviewed in the state. Complaints and irregularities have been controlled. Complaints and irregularities have been controlled.

In some districts, arrangements have been made for distribution of fertilizers by committees. With the availability of fertilizers on a daily basis, the focus is on distribution by Markfed.

Registration of women market employees will be done

Chief Minister Chouhan said that testing machines would be set up in all the mandis of the state to check the quality of food grains and other materials. At present, this arrangement has been made in about one-third of the mandis of the state.

Women doing the work of picking and filtering grains, will be given a separate category by giving license or registering them like Hammals.

Animal Husbandry

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the lumpy virus was not allowed to spread in the state.

The situation in Rajasthan was definitely bad, but in Madhya Pradesh the situation was not allowed to get out of control. In this work, farmers and livestock farmers also gave full cooperation in the efforts of the government after becoming aware. Anti-disease vaccines were administered to about 25 lakh animals in the state.

The state government is giving grants on the rearing of indigenous cows. Chief Minister Chouhan said that more number of beneficiaries would be benefitted by increasing the budget in the schemes related to cattle rearers and farmers.

Will run campaign against adulteration

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that a strict campaign would be launched against those involved in adulteration of milk products and those who promote this work.

If the quality of Mawa and Paneer sold in the market is not upto the mark, then joint action will be taken by the Department of Health along with the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection.
