Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has thanked Erik Solheim (@ErikSolheim) for ‘enlightening the scholars with his varied experience and intellect’.
Chouhan tweeted ‘I am sure that these inspired souls will play a key role in the protection and conservation of mother nature by bringing awareness among citizens.’
UNEP former chief and UN former under secretary general Erik Solheim visited the new campus of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication University Bishankhedi, Bhopal on Thursday.
The varsity organized the Environmental Conservation Conclave 2022 in which various dignitaries partake.
Over his visit to varsity’s new campus, Erik Solheim tweeted ‘great visit to new beautiful University campus in Bhopal, India, named after freedom fighter professor Chaturvedi. 4000 students will dig into journalism and communication.
Adding he said looking forward to develop the Eco Climate Labs with @KG_suresh and @mcu_bhopal.
