Ladli Bahna Rukhsar Bi tied Rakhi to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. To tie Rakhi to CM Chouhan, she came to the CM’s residence from Bhairunda (Nasrullaganj) with her husband Rizwan and son Abdul Hannan. Rukhsar expressed gratitude to CM Chouhan for implementing Ladli Bahna Yojana.
