The Steel Authority Of India Limited (SAIL) has issued a notification seeking doctors to apply online for various positions at the Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP). The doctors will work at Ispat General Hospital in Rourkela as Super Specialists / Specialists / GDMO.

Educational Qualification
Super Specialist: The candidate must be an M.Ch. in Burn & Plastic Surgery.
Specialist: The candidate must be an MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Medicine / Pulmonary Medicine / Dermatology / Anaesthesia /Radiology / Nuclear Medicine or MBBS with PG Diploma in Radiology / Nuclear Medicine.
GDMO: The candidate must be an MBBS degree holder.
Age Limit: Candidates must not be more than 69 years as of June 26, 2021.
Doctors’ tenure would be for a one-year period, which might be extended for another one year. The maximum term of engagement under the same contract, would not exceed three years. The duration of the contract is limited to a maximum age limit of 70 years.
