A unique Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court on Tuesday dismissed the expectant bail supplication of Yes Bank organizer Rana Kapoor’s better half Bindu Kapoor last week.
In the duplicate of the request, which was made accessible on Tuesday, exceptional CBI judge M R Purwar said that the supplication was not viable.
