Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Ramanujacharya Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya will be established in Rewa. Apart from this, scholarship arrangements will also be made for the students receiving Karmakand education in Sanskrit schools.
Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the teachers who had come from Vindhya region at his residence office. On this occasion, Public Relations Minister Rajendra Shukla, Jagadguru Vaidehi Vallabh Devacharya, Manas Peethadhishwar Jagadguru Ramlalacharya ji and Vinay Shankar Brahmachari ji were special guests.
Chief Minister Chouhan released the book ‘Yajurveda mein Vaishvik Chintan tatha Nandkumar Charitam’ Prof. Devendra Prasar Mishra of Central University, New Delhi.
It is our duty to respect Sanskrit and culture
Chief Minister Chouhan said that only by the grace of Lord Shri Ram, One get the company of Saints. The mind is filled with joy in the company of the Acharyas who have come to the Chief Minister’s residence today. The state government not only works for development and public welfare, but it is also the responsibility of the government to ensure that the lives of the people of the state move in the right direction. Saints are important allies in discharging this responsibility. Construction of Mahakal Mahalok in the state and installation of the statue of Adi Guru Shankaracharya has created a wonderful Divine atmosphere in the state. The state government is continuously making efforts for the expansion of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and harmony among all living beings.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that it is our duty to respect Sanskrit and culture, and continuously encourage them.

Public Relations Minister Shukla said that when Sanskrit was going through a phase of transition, the Vindhya region provided protection and encouragement to Sanskrit. The people of Sanskrit Parishad in Rewa remained constantly active in establishing institutions focused on Sanskrit in the area. Remarkable work has been done for the conservation of Sanskrit on the initiative of Chief Minister Chouhan. There is an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the Vindhya region due to the establishment of a university dedicated to Sanskrit.
