Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually participate in the special program of Viksit Madhya Pradesh on the lines of Viksit Bharat on 29th February.

The programme will also be telecast live at five hundred places. Greater people’s participation will fill the atmosphere with joy and enthusiasm.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav in a meeting at Samatva Bhawan here today apprised himself about the preparations for the programme to be held on 29th February in the virtual presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He gave necessary instructions to the officials through video conference.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the programme should be marked by discipline, dignity and decency. Prime Minister Shri Modi has taken concrete steps for development in various fields for Viksit Bharat.

Madhya Pradesh will contribute more to fulfill the Prime Minister’s resolve of a developed India.

The inauguration of cyber tehsils in Madhya Pradesh is an important step. In the last one month, one lakh 90 thousand cases have been settled in the revenue campaign in the state. Similarly, problems of people are also being solved.

A large number of citizens of the state will get benefit.

The administrative staff also has to ensure participation of beneficiaries of various schemes in the Prime Minister’s programme.

Programme Outline

Prime Minister Shri Modi will address the state level program through video link.

For the first time, such an innovative program of its kind is being organised, in which benefits are being given for the works related to the welfare of the general public.

The program will be held at Lal Parade Ground, Bhopal, in which along with virtual inauguration and foundation stone laying of many construction works, there will also be inauguration of cyber tehsils.

Water Resources and Narmada Valley Development Department has been made the nodal department.

Live telecast will be done at all the district headquarters, headquarters of urban bodies and the places where inauguration and foundation stone laying is to be held.

There will be arrangements for live telecast of the program at at least one major venue in each assembly constituency.

Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajora said that necessary preparations have started for widespread public participation in the programme at the state level. Chief Secretary Smt. Veera Rana and senior officers were present.
