A citizen turnout of 75.29% was recorded in Goa till 5 pm on Monday. The turnout in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, as per information got till 3 pm, was 51.93% and 49.24% individually. Casting a ballot started off in Goa and the 55 seats of Uttar Pradesh at 7 am on Monday, while surveying in Uttarakhand began at 8 am.

Congress pioneer Rahul Gandhi, while tending to a meeting in Punjab on Monday, designated Prime Minister Narendra Modi over joblessness, saying he doesn’t discuss it and dark cash in his political race talks. “In the nation today, in each state, joblessness is rising. Modiji used to say in his location that he will move Rs 15 lakh in ledgers. He used to say 2 crore occupations will be given to the adolescent. For what reason doesn’t Narendra Modi not talk about business and for what reason doesn’t he talk about dark cash these days?” Gandhi said.
