Haryana home clergyman Anil Vij on Tuesday requested Panipat director from police Shashank Kumar Sawan to suspend eight cops, incorporating the accountable for CIA-2 unit of the police, who were reserved for purportedly grabbing Raj Kumar Ahuja, a nearby financial specialist, from the court mind boggling and taking ₹ 25 lakh deliver from his family in December.
The police were suspended after the dad and child of the money manager, Hira Lal Ahuja and Arjun Ahuja, met Vij at his Ambala home, requesting activity against the cops, blaming them for undermining their loved ones.

Vij said, “Ahuja let me know that since the enlistment of the FIR, there has been no police activity against the charged police. I addressed the SP on the telephone and asked him for what reason no move had been made and advised him to suspend all police named in the FIR and present a report.”
“He has additionally been told to comprise a DSP-drove SIT, including two examiner level officials, to capture them at the earliest,” he said.
The matter relates to a business request by Rajiv Kumar of Bihar with Ahuja worth ₹1 crore, where ₹25 lakh were given as advance. Afterward, a question created between both the gatherings relating to the discount of the said sum for which the financial specialist was called at CIA-2 office on October 18 and later compromised by ASI Sumit to pay the sum to Kumar or face a misleading case, read the FIR.
“On November 8, the finance manager was grabbed by six to seven men in a white Wagon-R from the court premises at around 5 pm and was taken by previously mentioned police authorities to CIA-II, Panipat, and was illicitly confined and tormented for two days. They got the payoff cash on November 10 and embroiled him in a swindling case at Chandni Bagh police headquarters and showed the blackmail sum as recuperation. When reached, SP Sawan said that the priest’s requests will be executed.
