Islamabad. Pakistan’s army chief Kamar Javed Bajwa said on Friday from a top US military official that his country is feeling guilty because of criticism of not doing effective action against terrorism.

For the first time, the Pakistani Army Chief responded with this reaction after US President Donald Trump accused him of lying and cheating on Pakistan. The Pakistani army informed about this effect on Friday.

The Army said in a statement that the US Central Command chief, General Joseph Vetel, told General Bajwa that the United States is not considering any kind of unilateral action within Pakistan. According to the army, Bajwa said that despite the recent US allegations, despite the cooperation of decades, the whole Pakistan is feeling guilty.

After trump received a billions of dollars in aid on Pakistan on January 1, the relationship between the two countries is getting worse after allegations of lying and cheating.
