New Delhi: The collective ‘jauhar’ of Rajput women, which is being done in protest against Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavat’, has now been postponed. Rajput women had announced the mass protest against the film on January 24 in Chittorgarh fort. But now they have taken a step back back and said that all the Rajput women will now demand euthanasia from the President. Let us Tell you that Rajput women were present in protest against the film ‘Padmavat’ and Mahipal Makrana, chief of the Shrirajput Karani Army, had said that on 24th January, Rajput women will do ‘jauhar’ in Chittorgarh. He had so far told that so far 1826 women have been persuaded for Jawhar. In protest against this film, Sarv Samaj Samiti of Chittorgarh and Shrirajput Karani Sena will make the army.
Rajput women did ‘Swabhimaan’ rally in Chittorgarh
Hundreds of women took out Jauhar Swabhiman rally on Sunday for demanding full ban on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s controversial film ‘Padmavat’. During the rally, some women held swords in their hands. They raised slogans against film producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali and in honor of Rani Padmavati. The rally began with the Jauhar site of Chittod Fort and ended at the Jauhar Bhawan in the city about eight kilometers. Many young people were also involved in this.
Rani Padmavati jawed with 16 thousand other women to protect self-esteem during the attack of Alauddin Khilji on Chittod Fort. Bhansali’s film is based on Rani Padmavati and Rajput organizations have alleged that it has introduced false facts regarding Rani Padmavati and has tampered with history. During the rally, women have demanded a complete ban on the film. Here, Shri. Rajput Karani Army President Mahipal Singh has urged the former princely houses to keep the visitors under their control until the restriction of the memorial and the fort film.
Rajasthan government to file review petition in Supreme Court
The Rajasthan government has decided to file a reconsideration petition against the judgment of the Supreme Court over the film Padmavat. Rajasthan Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria said that the government will file a reconsideration petition against the judgment of the Supreme Court’s ban on the film. He said that the reconsideration petition will be filed on Monday or Tuesday. In order to strengthen the petition, Karani also urged the Army to form a party in the petition. After a meeting with the leaders of the Army, Kataria said that after studying the decision of the Supreme Court, the government petitioned the Supreme Court to reconsider Have decided to file. He said that the government believes that the attention of common people should be taken care of.
He said that the leaders of the army were invited in Saturday’s meeting and in order to strengthen the petition to be filed to the government in the Supreme Court, they were also urged to form a party. The Rajasthan government can also make a part of the petition with the Nakarni army as well as the Raj family of Mewar.
Army on Bhansali’s letter
