Dubai: The ICC on Friday included Nepal, Netherlands, Scotland and the UAE in their ODI rankings list separated from the 12 existing nations.

The ICC discharge expresses that aftereffects of all the reciprocal ODIs including these new groups will from this time forward be considered while figuring the rating focuses.

The Netherlands secured ODI status and a place in the 13-group ODI alliance by winning the ICC World Cricket League Championship a year ago, while Scotland, Nepal and the UAE earned ODI status by completing as the three driving partners (alongside the Dutch) in the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2018.

Scotland have been positioned in thirteenth on 28 focuses – 10 focuses behind twelfth positioned Ireland – while the UAE are another 10 focuses behind on 18 in fourteenth position.

The Netherlands have 13 rating focuses.

Nepal and the Netherlands should play four matches more keeping in mind the end goal to get into the table.

“Groups win focuses from each match they play against resistance with an ODI rating. Focuses and matches played between May 1 2015 and April 30, 2017 will be weighted at 50 for every penny, while matches played after May 1, 2017 will be weighted at 100 for every penny.

“The places of the 12 Test playing nations, who were at that point on the table, are not influenced by the presentation of these new groups on the table,” the discharge said.

The table is going by England, who will have one year from now’s ICC Cricket World Cup. India are positioned second, three focuses behind England, while ICC Champions Trophy victors Pakistan are in 6th place.

The underlying rankings for the four new groups depend on: all ODIs played since May 2015 by Scotland and the UAE against Full Members and against each other; Non-ODIs played by the Netherlands and Nepal against Full Members, Scotland and the UAE as a major aspect of the ICC World Cup Qualifying competition 2018.
