Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Mukhyamantri Seekho-Kamao Yojana launched in the state will play an important role in speeding up India’s economy by bridging the gap between skill demand and skill supply. With this scheme, the youths will get an opportunity to learn work according to the requirements of industries, service sector and business establishments and ready workforce will be available for work to business institutions. This scheme is equally useful and beneficial for both youth and business institutions.
Chief Minister Chouhan was virtually addressing the workshop of FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industries) organised in New Delhi from Samatva Bhawan located at CM’s residence.
We want to make the youth a partner in the development of the state
Chief Minister Chouhan said that giving unemployment allowance to the youth is not justice to them. The youth of the state have talent and potential, we want to make them partners in the development of the state by upgrading their skills as per the requirement of the industries. A stipend has also been arranged for the youth to avoid financial hardship while learning skills. It is a scheme to give wings to the youth so that they become self-reliant and capable of flying high to fulfill their dreams. Giving information about the scheme to the representatives of FICCI, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan made an appeal to connect with it.
Industries outside the state are also eligible to create vacancies
Chief Minister Chouhan said that industries outside the state are also eligible to create vacancies under this scheme. The youth of the state are hardworking, efficient and full of energy. He appealed to the entrepreneurs to give admission to the youth of the state as interns in their institutions. Chief Minister Chouhan said that these youths will prove useful for business establishments on the basis of their efficiency and hard work. FICCI members discussed with Chief Minister Chouhan regarding the improving environment for business and industry and possible investment in the state.
