The Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission (MPHRC) has sought a detailed reply from the State Medical Education Commissioner over the complaint of 50 woman nurses of Bhopal’s Hamidia Hospital accusing Superintendent Dipak Maravi of obscene conduct.
The MPHRC has taken cognizance in the matter where the nurses has accused Dr. Maravi comes in shorts and inebriated state enters their changing room without knocking the door, the official note of the Commission said.
The nurses have given a written complaint to the State Medical Education Minister for action into the matter.
Looking over the serious nature of matter, the Bhopal Divisional Commissioner (Revenue) has ordered for a probe into the matter.
The State Medical Education Commissioner has to file reply before the MPHRC within ten days, the official note said.
