The Madhya Pradesh High Court permits the CBI to submit its report on inspection of all nursing colleges in Madhya Pradesh within three months.
Presently the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is under process to inspect all Nursing Colleges situated in Madhya Pradesh.
CBI counsel Brian Da’Silva submitted an application for direction to the State Government to provide 15 Police Inspectors and 15 Constables to assist it in the inquiry.
Further the CBI counsel said a report will be furnished within three months after the state government provide additional manpower to it.
Additional Advocate General Harpreet Ruprah submitted the state government will cooperate with the CBI and provide additional manpower of 15 Police Inspectors and 15 Constables.
A division bench of Chief Justice Ravi Malimath and Vishal Mishra issued the direction during hearing of an intervention application filed by a director of a private nursing college seeking permission to implead in into a matter.
The intervention application came during hearing of over 65 petitions related to the nursing colleges running in the state.
