The Special Court (CBI) (Vyapam Cases), Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) has sentenced Satyaveer Kushwaha (beneficiary candidate) to undergo four years Rigorous Imprisonment with fine of Rs.14,100 in a case related to Police Constable Recruitment Test-2012 conducted by Vyapam.

CBI had registered the instant case on 01.08.2015 in compliance to the orders dated 09.07.2015 of the Supreme Court of India and took over the investigation of the FIR No.285/14 dated 10.07.2014, earlier registered at Police Station Dehat, Bhind against Satyaveer Kushwaha and others on the allegations of cheating by impersonation in the Police Constable Recruitment Test (PCRT) 2012.

Earlier, an enquiry was conducted by State Police. During enquiry, specimen finger prints/handwritings of few suspected Police Constables were obtained and compared with the thumb impressions/handwritings on OMR sheets and RASA which did not match.

During CBI investigation, additional evidences were obtained including CFSL report on the alleged fingerprint/handwritings on OMR sheets and RASA with the specimen fingerprint/handwritings which confirmed mismatch in respect of said accused.

After investigation, CBI filed supplementary Chargesheet on 03.08.2016 in the Competent Court. The Trial Court found the said accused guilty and convicted him.
