Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar instructed the power officiers that every possible step should be taken to reduce the tripping of electricity. If there is no reduction in tripping, strict action will be taken against the concerned officials, he said. In this regard, he instructed the power officers to pay special attention on 33 and 11 K.V. feeders.
Energy Minister Tomar said that wherever there is a need for staff manage from outsource. No excuse like shortage of staff will be accepted, he said. Sufficient material should be available in the store. Action should be taken to repair the transformer and replace the faulty service lines immediately, he instructed.
Also increase the efficiency of the call-centre. Also take feedback from consumers on the complaints, he said. Provision should be made to give separate electricity connections in case of partition of the house. Minister Tomar also reviewed the maintenance work of sub centers and lines, the minister said.
