Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra said the state government is strict against those who do illegal business of illegal drugs /liquor trade.
All hookah lounges in the state have been closed, Mishra told the local reporters.
Soon a campaign against tobacco-gutkha will also be launched in the state, he said.
After receiving instructions from Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Madhya Pradesh police has intensified the campaign of drugs de-addication.
He said more than 43000 litre illegal possession liquor is seized.
