The state government has constituted a state-level monitoring committee under the chairmanship of the chief secretary to coordinate and monitor the work of MPLADS at the state level in compliance with the new guidelines for the year 2023 by the Department of Statistics and Program Implementation, Union Government.
The Principal Secretary Finance, Panchayat and Rural Development, Public Works, Public Health Engineering, Tribal Welfare, Scheduled Caste Development, Water Resources and Commissioner, Economic and Statistics Committee will be member secretary in the committee.
The committee will review the implementation of MPLADS at least once a year with the nodal and implementing district authorities and the Members of Parliament.
