Minister of State for AYUSH Shri Ramkishore ‘Nano’ Kavre has said that the state government has made schemes for the welfare of every section of the society by worrying about them. Minister of State Kavre was addressing the Vikas Parv function at village Aranmeta in Paraswada area of Balaghat district on Friday. The Minister of State performed the bhoomi-pujan of the auditorium costing Rs 2 lakh and road construction costing Rs 15 lakh.
Minister of State Kavre said that full attention has been paid to the overall development of Lamta, an important area of Paraswada. He informed that work has been started expeditiously on the Rs 146 crore irrigation scheme for 55 villages of Lamta. After the completion of the scheme, water will reach through the pipeline for irrigation in the fields. He said that the work of Satnari reservoir has also started. Now there will be an unprecedented increase in irrigation facilities in the area. The college building costing 8 crores will be inaugurated in the month of August in Lamta village. Classes of MA and MSc faculty have been started in the college. College has been approved in village Hatta. Lamta will soon be given Tehsil status. Community Health Center building will be constructed in the area at a cost of 9 crores. The Minister of State informed that Ayurveda dispensary building is being constructed in Dhapewada village.
