Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday got the pending problems of various citizens of the state resolved under Samadhan Online and gave instructions to the officers.
Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and senior officers were present in the meeting. In the cases presented in Samadhan Online today, Chief Minister Chouhan gave instructions to suspend two government servants guilty of delay in public works and to stop salary increment of three government servants.
After redressal of the cases under Samadhan Online, the complaints received by the CM Helpline and the redressal proceedings were also reviewed today. While congratulating the best performing districts, Chief Minister Chouhan gave instructions to other districts to solve the problems of the citizens immediately.
Today the performance of the departments was also reviewed. The 5 high-performing departments include Social Justice, Energy, Home, Transport and Panchayat and Rural Development.
Chief Minister Chouhan congratulated the collectors and other officials of these districts for their good work. Chief Minister Chouhan expected other departments to solve public problems quickly. Chief Minister Chouhan congratulated three officers, Priyanka Agarwal Jhabua, RK Goyal, Burhanpur and Ravi Shankar Dwivedi, Ashok Nagar, for their excellent performance by prompt action in the cases of CM Helpline in the state.
A complaint came from a beneficiary and 723 beneficiaries got the amount of marriage assistance
In the case of Laxman Prasad of Balaghat district, Chief Minister Chouhan directed that the Labor Department and the Panchayat Rural Development Department coordinate with each other and ensure immediate disposal of all such pending cases and take action against the culprits.
In this case, it was informed that Lakshmi Bai Katre had applied for marriage assistance at the Public Service Center on July 27, 2021, but the amount has not been received till date. In this type, while taking immediate action against the Panchayat Coordination Officer, a salary hike was stopped with non-cumulative effect from January 2, 2023.
This complaint came in Samadhan Online and along with redressal in the case of the complainant, 723 other beneficiaries also got the amount of marriage assistance. This matter was pending for some time. Expressing displeasure over the delay in the cases, Chief Minister Chouhan instructed to resolve such pending cases immediately by running a campaign by the Labor Department. He instructed the Karmakar Mandal to review such cases.
Shyamlal Panthi, applicant of Gram Panchayat, Pipariya district Ashok Nagar, told Chief Minister Chauhan that the delivery of beneficiary Sonam Panthi took place in the civil hospital on October 12, 2021, but has not yet received the benefit of maternity assistance scheme.
In the case of the applicant Panthi, instructions were given to withhold one increment of the development block medical officer and in-charge development block program manager, who were negligent in their work. Chief Minister Chouhan instructed the Health Commissioner to pay the amount of maternity assistance soon in other cases as well.
Chief Minister Chouhan instructed in the case of Harishankar Sharma of Village Chandahara Block, Gohad District Bhind that wherever the schemes have been stopped due to theft of cable starter, transformer fault and other minor reasons in the tap water schemes, Public Health Engineering Department and Panchayat Ensure regular drinking water distribution by making immediate improvements by coordinating rural development with each other. Action should be ensured against the guilty officers and employees for the delay. Completion of works of drinking water schemes should also be ensured at the state level.
Chief Minister Chouhan instructed to provide funds for the preparation of a green house in the case of the applicant Pradeep Rawat of Shivpuri district. Chief Minister Chouhan said that the Department of Horticulture and Food Processing should ensure the disposal of pending cases by making necessary improvements in the process in the interest of the farmers. Farmers should not have any problem.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has ensured immediate payment of grant amount under Mukhya Mantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana on the death of Smt Dilti Bai W/O Barsana Baria and to resolve all the pending cases of Labour and Panchayat and Rural Development Dept. Instructed to take action and ensure action against the guilty officers and employees. Sohan Lal, a resident of Bokramar in Shahdol district, had complained about non-receipt of funds in the case of Family Assistance Scheme. The amount was paid to the applicant as soon as the case appeared in Samadhan online. Chief Minister Chouhan gave instructions to benefit the beneficiary in other such cases. Prajapati family of Morena district informed about the problem of missing girl child.
Chief Minister Chouhan instructed that the police force should take immediate action to bring back the girl child by constituting an SIT.
Chief Minister Chouhan instructed the Additional Chief Secretary home along with IG Chambal Division that action should be taken by the department to trace the girl child. On the basis of suspicion, after interrogating and investigating the culprits, the work of searching should be done by sending police force to different places.
Chief Minister Chouhan instructed the police to be sensitive, alert and active in such cases and give results.
Chief Minister Chouhan instructed the collector to make BPL card on the application of Chandrashekhar of Seoni district. In this case, Amit Chowdhary, the junior supply officer guilty of delay, was suspended. On the complaint of Anoop Kumar Tiwari, the applicant of Anuppur district, instructions were given to the Energy Department that after depositing the amount to the beneficiary farmers, the installation of transformers should be done without delay.
