In Surkhi assembly constituency, action was taken to remove encroachment by the forest department in village Raipura few days ago.
Regarding this, Madhya Pradesh Revenue and Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput met the encroachment-affected people along with Collector SP and gave instructions to the officers to give them lease.
Along with this, Minister Rajput assured all the villagers that help would be given to build their houses.
Along with this, Revenue and Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput gave financial assistance of Rs 15,000 each to all the encroachment-affected villagers, whose houses were damaged in the encroachment, so that their houses would be equipped with household utensils and other materials, arrangements can be made.
On this occasion, all the villagers expressed their gratitude to the Revenue and Transport Minister and said that the Congressmen only gave speeches and Govind Singh Rajput helped us.
