Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan interacted with the children beneficiaries of ‘Mukhyamantri Covid-19 Bal Seva Yojna’ in a function organized on occasion of Raksha bandhan tagged ‘Meri Rakhi Shivraj Mama Ke Ghar’ at Bhopal.
The chief minister explained to the children the life of personalities in different walks of life. His wife Sadhna Chouhan was also present in the function.
The children patiently heard the chief minister’s brief on life of the personalities standing in front of their posters exhibited in the function.
The chief minister told the children how these personalities despite facing hardship worked hard and achieved success in respective field.
Chouhan paid tribute to Father of Indian Space program renowned physicists Vikram Sarabhai on his birth anniversary.
He said ‘I bow down on the birth anniversary of Dr. #VikramSarabhai ji, the father of space program in India, who took the country’s pride to the heights of infinite skies’.
Adding he said ‘You will always be remembered for exceptional service to humanity through science and continuous efforts for the progress of the nation’.
A girl took permission from Chouhan to present a song which she has prepared, the lyrics were ‘MP ke CM hai mere mamaji sabka saath sabka vikas karthe hai mamaji…’
The children sung patriotic songs and dialogues in the function.
