Commissioner Public Relations Manish Singh hoisted the national flag at the Directorate of Public Relations on the 77th Independence Day.
The national anthem was sung after the flag hoisting ceremony. Additional Director Suresh Gupta and Dr. H.L. Choudhary and senior officers were present.
