CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said to finalize all preparation in context of PM Shri Narendra Modi’s arrival on 11 October for innauguration of Mahakal project.
He gave necessary instructions to Collector Ujjain and other officers in this regard.
CM Chouhan received detailed information about the preparations being made in context of Prime Minister Modi coming to Ujjain for the inauguration of the Mahakal temple expansion project in a meeting held at his residence this evening.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that on the arrival of Prime Minister Modi, necessary arrangements should be made at the designated places to be visited by him.
From inviting the general public to participating in the program, every aspect should be prepared.
Necessary arrangements are also being made for the broadcast of the launch program across the state.
Tadvi, Patel, Pujara and other priests of the tribal community who perform religious rituals will also join the inauguration program.
Chief Minister Chouhan gave instructions regarding inviting them. The six-day program will begin with the ride of Lord Mahakal. From 6th to 11th October, a roadmap for continuous activities has been set.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that major temples should be decorated in all the districts of the state including Ujjain on the occasion of the inauguration of Mahakal project.
Chief Minister Chouhan recieved information regrading decoration of 84 Mahadev temple located in Ujjain, inviting prominent representatives of different communities in the inauguration program at Ujjain, inviting saints, connecting Bhajan Mandlis and akhadas to the program, inviting the public by providing yellow rice, organizing the Sant Samman program before the Prime Minister’s program and about the launch of the Mahakal project through various Navratri Mandals in the state.
Finance Minister Jagdish Devda, Additional Chief Secretary Home Rajesh Rajoura, Principal Secretary Urban Development and Housing Manish Singh and Principal Secretary Public Relations Raghavendra Kumar Singh and other senior officers were present. Higher Education Minister Mohan Yadav virtually attended the meeting.
