Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the launch of “Shri Mahakal Lok” will be a wonderful programme to take the society in a new direction.
Efforts have to be made together in the entire state to connect peoples to this programme.
For this, efforts should be made to make citizens witnesses by connecting them with live telecast of the programme by creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the districts.
On the evening of the dedication day, lamps should be lit in every house at the time of Shivarpan (dedication to Shiva) of Shri Mahakal Lok Complex.
Every citizen should be encouraged to participate.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was discussing with district administration, collector ujjain and public representatives of other districts through video conference from residence in connection with the launching programme to be performed by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in Ujjain on October 11.
CM Chouhan also directed to make diligent efforts for the preparations for this wonderful programme.
Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains was present along with senior officers. The ministers and collectors present in the districts participated virtually.
Greeting everyone on the occasion of Maha Ashtami, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that arrangements are being made to virtually connect the people of the entire state with the launching of Shri Mahakal Lok. The public will get an opportunity to watch this programme through TV screens in the major temples of the districts.
This is an important programme related to faith and social unity not only for Madhya Pradesh but for the entire countrymen.
Create an atmosphere for watching the telecast of the launch programme in districts
Chief Minister Chouhan said that necessary preparations are being made for the launching programme.
The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will dedicate Shri Mahakal Lok at 6 pm on October 11.
This programme is to be celebrated all over the state. For this, such an atmosphere should be created in the districts so that more and more people can watch the programme.
At the time of the ceremony in any one temple of the village, all the villagers will gather and participate in the ceremony.
In urban areas, it has been told to make arrangements for broadcasting programme in major temples.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that on October 11, temples in the village level should be decorated with electrical lighting. Musical instruments should be played, and decoration should include rangolis, flags and Prasad should be distributed. All these arrangements should be made with people’s support.
People should sit in the temple premises and participate in the program by blowing conch shells and bells. Lamps should be lit in the shrines. Abhishek and worship should be done for two days in big temples on 10th and 11th October.
Major temples and shrines of other districts including Lord Pashupatinath Temple Mandsaur, Bhadwa Mata Temple Neemuch, Jalpa Devi Temple Dewas, Omkareshwar Jyotirling Khandwa and Baijnath Temple Agar-Malwa will be included in such big temples.
The public representatives of the district should also ensure necessary publicity through social media.
Maximum direct participation of citizens of Nimar and Malwa zone should be ensured
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that people from Nimar and Malwa regions can directly participate in the Shivarpan programme. Representation of distinguished citizens of different communities, religions of each district of Indore and Ujjain division should be ensured. Tribal community should also be linked. Heads of various societies and institutions, Panchayat representatives, corporators, Tadvi, Patel, Pujari, Pujara etc. of tribal society should be invited. Citizens reaching Ujjain can offer holy water brought from heir vaillages at Rudra Sagar of Ujjain. Rudra Sagar has been renovated and it is the main Astha Kendra of the developed complex.
Efforts brought results in five years
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that a plan was made for Shri Mahakal Lok in the year 2017. It was given administrative approval in the year 2018. The works were stopped in the year 2019, but were completed after being restarted in 2020.
Through the project, the public can be introduced to the cultural splendor of Shiv Leela, sculptures and murals.
Just as facilities were developed after re-creation in Kedarnath after floods, works were done in Kashi Vishwanath, similarly now project works have been completed in Shri Mahakal Lok.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that there should be an echo of this launching programme at the national level.
It is also the act of connecting the society. All should unite for cleanliness before the launching programme.
Temple premises in the state should be made clean and attractive.
