Chief MinisterShivraj Singh Chouhan and Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Narendra Singh Tomar reached Dandraua Dham in Bhind district on Thursday on a short stay. Here they had darshan of Sakhirup Hanuman ji and offered worship to him.
Chief Minister Chouhan wished for the state’s continued progress and happiness and prosperity of the citizens. The priests of the temple conducted prayer rituals with Vedic chants.
Chouhan and Union Minister Tomar received blessings from Shri Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Mahant Ramdas Ji Maharaj.
Bhoomi Poojan of development works
Chouhan performed bhoomi-pujan of 4 development works costing Rs. 69 lakh 28 thousand at Dandraua Dham. This includes Nakshatra Vatika costing Rs. 14 lakh 98 thousand, community building costing Rs. 15 lakh, construction of new pond costing Rs. 14 lakh 80 thousand and new dug tank to be built at a cost of Rs. 24 lakh 50 thousand.

Chouhan and Union Agriculture Minister Tomar planted the sapling of Ashoka in the Dandraua Dham temple premises.
