Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took very seriously the complaints received regarding the Ganga-Jamuna School in Damoh district.
He has instructed the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police to conduct a detailed inquiry into the complaints received regarding the school. Even more serious complaints have been received about the operators of Damoh school which is surrounded by controversies. Taking these complaints seriously, Chief Minister Chouhan has directed senior officials to investigate the matter.
Along with complaints related to school operation, there are complaints regarding other activities including bidi company Ganga-Jamuna, bidi company 352, Tendupatta work at division and state level, textile factory in Bhopal, hardware work, sand mining, active as land mafia in about 1800 acres of area, owning about 300 acres of land found around the city, Petrol Pump, funding donator for Jihadi land mafia on a large scale and Ganga-Jamuna pulse Mill, supply of pulses to Saudi Arabia UAE and United Nation Emirates.
Along with this, they own Ganga-Jamuna Dharam Kanta and a shop in hundreds of acres of land in the main bypass of the city.
Not only this, information has been received that they own many flats, offices and houses in the cities of Delhi, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Along with this, they also did the work of illegally shifting the amount to other places. The accused are also suspected of massive evasion of Central Excise. Complaints have also been made by the local citizens regarding the school management.
A committee is being formed to examine the activities of the school in detail including all these above mentioned points.
It is worth mentioning that last week, complaints were received about school management making the students use head scarf and hijab mandatorily in Damoh’s Ganga-Jamuna school. In view of these circumstances, the state government has given instructions to investigate from different aspects.
