Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan greeted the Minister for Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development Shri Kamal Patel on completion of 50 years of Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board.
CM Chouhan along with Minister Shri Patel also planted Sindoor sapling in the residence premises. Minister for Science, Technology and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Omprakash Sakhlecha participated in the plantation. Minister Kamal Patel presented a memento focused on the golden jubilee year of the Agricultural Marketing Board to CM Chouhan.
It is noteworthy that the Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board was formed in the year 1973 for the regular and all-round development of agricultural production and promotion of the interests of the farmers. Along with CM Chouhan, girl child, Devika Gaur planted a sapling on her birthday.
