Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today dedicated the building of Sharad Smriti Hostel constructed at a cost of Rs 1 crore 98 lakh with the CSR cooperation of Coal India Limited, Kolkata at Bhausaheb Bhuskute Smriti Lok Nyas, Govindnagar during Vikas Parv at Bankhedi in Narmadapuram district.
The Chief Minister dedicated the Bio Pest Control Production Unit building constructed at Krishi Vigyan Kendra Govind Nagar with the help of Indian Oil Corporation at a cost of Rs one crore.
Bhoomi pujan was also performed of a mushroom, spawn, fertilizer production and training unit at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Govindnagar under the Integrated Horticulture Development Mission scheme at a cost of Rs 55 lakhs. During this, the children of Saraswati Gramodaya Vidyalaya welcomed their Mama Chouhan by showering flowers.
CM visits exhibition
Chief Minister Chouhan also visited the exhibition of bamboo and clay agricultural products and the children’s park set up by the artisans of the trust. He appreciated the items made by the artisans.
