Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan condemned former Chief Minister Kamal Nath for calling Madhya Pradesh a ‘Madira Pradesh’.
Congress leader Nath does not have any connection to the soil and culture of the state and has insulted citizens with this comment, Chouhan told reporters.
On Wednesday Nath said that when we say we are from MP, we are told we are from Madira Pradesh. This is the full form of MP now.
Bharatiya Janata Party workers held protests in Ujjain, Jabalpur, and some other cities against Nath on Thursday.
