Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that to promote Vocal for Local in the state, purchasing of goods from local vendors should be encouraged on Diwali festival.

From Dhanteras to Ekadashi, market fee should not be taken from small traders and handcart vendors in all urban and rural areas.

All urban bodies should run special campaigns to ensure cleanliness at the local level. Also, ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity in the state on Diwali, the festival of lights.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the people of the state today before the Samadhan Online program in the ministry. He wished everyone on Diwali and Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day.

Run for Unity will be held on October 29

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that on the occasion of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth anniversary, Run for Unity will start from Tatya Tope Stadium at 9 am on October 29.

Along with this, oath of national unity will be administered. Chief Minister directed all the district collectors to organize this program effectively in their districts.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that on the foundation day of Madhya Pradesh on November 1, dignified celebrations should be ensured in all the districts.

State level program On Govardhan Puja will be held in Ravindra Bhawan Bhopal on November 2.

Arrangements should be made to ensure that all the public representatives can join the program at the local level.

Programs of Govardhan Puja should be organized in ‘Goushala’ at the district and assembly level. Along with this, an exhibition of Panchgavya products should also be organized.

Run awareness campaign among farmers to promote NPK instead of DAP

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that procurement of soybean at support price has started in the state from October 25. Procurement of paddy will start from December 2.

All necessary measures should be taken for the convenience of farmers during procurement. All district collectors should monitor the fertilizer distribution system in their districts.

He said that compared to DAP, nutrients are found in abundance in NPK. Therefore, an awareness campaign should be run among farmers to promote NPK in place of DAP.
