Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Madhya Pradesh is the fastest growing state of India. We are the heart of the country. Situated in the middle of the country, Madhya Pradesh is blessed with forests, adequate water and power supply, land bank, mineral resources. We are the leader in agricultural production, there are immense possibilities of investment here. The state government is continuously working to present Madhya Pradesh as an ideal state for investment. I myself meet industrialists every monday and believe that I am the Chief Minister as well as the CEO of Madhya Pradesh.
Chouhan was having a virtual dialogue with industrialists of USA and Friends of MP from his residence office on the possibilities of investment in Madhya Pradesh.
Chouhan invited them for the Global Investors Summit and Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan to be held in Indore.
Positive conditions exist in the state for the progress of both the state and the investors
Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh is an island of peace. The law and order situation is better here. There is no situation of man days loss. With the continuously developing infrastructure, the country’s capital Delhi and major ports can be reached in a short time. Progressive policies are implemented for various industries in the state, the behaviour of government machinery is friendly. There is a system for approval and resolution of problems on a single table with ease of doing business, single window system and simplification of all government procedures related to setting up industries. There are positive conditions for the progress of both the state and the investor. Skilled human resources, institutions like IIT, IIM, engineering and medical colleges, pharmacy, ITI and training facilities as per the requirement of industries facilitate establishment and operation of industries in the state. There are immense possibilities of investment in renewable energy, food processing, pharma, garments and textile, electrical vehicle, information technology, cyber security in the state and the implementation of special investment promotion package is also going on.

Chouhan said that immense opportunities are available for religious and wildlife based tourism in the state. We are inviting industrialists from USA and Friends of MP for investment and tourism in Madhya Pradesh with the tradition of Atithi Devo Bhava (Guest is God). With the initiative of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, this relationship has grown stronger and economic and commercial activities have picked up between the two countries. After Corona, India is considered to be the most important in the supply chain. Madhya Pradesh has emerged as a centre of attraction for investment in agri business, food processing, renewable energy and education. The US-based Indian Embassy and all five consulates are continuously active for investment promotion in Madhya Pradesh.
