Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the sisters of the entire state are becoming aware regarding the Ladli Bahna Yojana. Wide participation of sisters is being seen in the conferences being held in different districts.
Sisters are also getting information about eligibility for the scheme. As a result of this, the work of filling forms of 83 lakh sisters has been done till date to take advantage of the scheme.
In a meeting held at Samatva Bhawan today, Chief Minister Chouhan received information about the preparations for the Ladli Bahna Sammelan to be held at Niwali in Barwani district on coming April 13 from the District Collector through video conference. Works worth about Rs 150 crore will also be inaugurated in the conference.
Chouhan said that along with the Ladli Bahna Sammelan, the exhibition of development works of various departments, honoring those doing excellent work, distribution of benefits to the beneficiaries, the program should be done systematically with the participation of CM Fellows, Jan Seva Mitras and PESA Mobilizers. . Collector Barwani told that in the presence of Dr. Chinmay Pandya, a program is being organized by Akhil Vishwa Gayatri Parivar in Salitanda Rajpur of the district on the same day, with which a Beneficiary Conference has been formed. In the programme, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan along with tribal heroes, social reformer of the tribal class Late. Will also pay homage to Demania Baba.
Chouhan obtained information from Collector Harda regarding preparations for beneficiary conference, land rights scheme to be held in Harda on April 19, beneficiaries and inauguration of various works and Bhoomi Pujan. Along with setting up a development exhibition at the conference venue, Chouhan also gave instructions to make arrangements for maximum number of citizens to visit the exhibition.
Chouhan discussed with the collectors of both the districts regarding preparations for the Ladli Bahna Sammelan to be held on April 20 at Kevalari in Seoni district and the Beneficiary Sammelan to be held at the Garrison Ground in Jabalpur on the same day and gave necessary instructions. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and senior officers of the concerned departments were present.
