A delegation of Congress leaders met the state director general of police on Wednesday over the incidents of stone pelting on the Ramnavmi Procession in Khargone and the incident occurred in Sendhwa.
Congress former state president Arun Yadav led the party delegation that met DGP Sudhir Saxena.
Yadav told local reporters claiming there was intelligence agencies failure resulting happening of the incident in Khargone.
The law and order situation is not satisfactory, he claimed.
He demanded fair investigation into the incident.
Yadav said strict action must be taken against those involved in the incident.
Congress delegation included former minister PC Sharma, MLA Arif Masood, JP Dhanopia and other party leaders.
