After Karan Mehra’s wife, actress Nisha Rawal, filed a complaint alleging that he beat her after an argument erupted into a brawl, actor Karan Mehra was detained on Tuesday and later given bail. In a recent interview, Karan accused Nisha of being physically violent to him.
In an Interview, Karan said, “She has always been aggressive and in the beginning, she was physically abusive as well. Usko gussa aata hai toh woh haath paav chalaati hai, usko samajh mein nahi aata hai. She starts throwing and breaking things. I had thought it would get better, and it did to a certain extent, but phir woh activate hone laga. Things have been bad since the past four-five years and there came a point, when I became suicidal.”
Nisha responded to Karan’s charges by claiming that she was diagnosed with bipolar illness in 2014 following a miscarriage and that her spouse was not there to help her.
For a few months, there have been allegations that Karan and Nisha’s marriage has been in peril. They were, nevertheless, working on it. Karan has been filming for his Punjabi programme in Punjab for some time. The pair was unable to spend much time together as a result of this. Kavish, their four-year-old son, is their only child.
Karan and Nisha have a four-year-old kid and have been married for eight years. Mehra is well-known for his roles in the TV programmes “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” and “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” and “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.” Rawal, his wife, was last seen in the television show Shaadi Mubarak.
On the set of Nisha’s film Hastey Hastey, Karan and Nisha met. They married in 2012 and welcomed their son Kavish Mehra into the world in 2017. Karan is well known for playing Naitik opposite Hina Khan in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
