Extra boss metropolitan officer ST Dande on Thursday dismissed a new request documented by entertainer Kangana Ranaut to look for move of the slander body of evidence recorded against her by lyricist Javed Akhtar from the tenth court at Andheri to some other metropolitan justice.
Judge Dande, who saved his decision daily before in the wake of hearing lyricist Javed Akhtar’s legal counselor Jay Bhardwaj, conveyed his decision on Thursday. There was no response from the entertainer to the decision.
In her application, Kangana Ranaut told judge Dhande that she didn’t have confidence in the tenth court at Andheri which was hearing Akhtar’s grumbling against her. Ranaut’s legal counselor Rizwan Siddique said the tenth court judge was demanding her own appearance with practically no adequate explanation and without a request which might have supported convincing her to show up for the situation including a bailable, non-cognizable and compoundable offense.
“This court is undermining the blamed on each date for giving a capture warrant without giving any adequate reason,” her application said.
Javed Akhtar’s attorney went against Kangana Ranaut’s solicitation, contending that it was simply intended to postpone procedures. The grounds referenced in the current application were raised interestingly after over 7 months of calling Kangana with the sole plan to defer the matter, his answer said.
Akhtar recorded the slander objection against Kangana Ranaut last November for purportedly offering slanderous and ridiculous remarks against him in a TV meet.
In a counter-objection documented as of late, the entertainer has asserted that after her debate with co-star Hrithik Roshan, Akthar had called her and her sister to his home in Juhu with “mala fide goals and ulterior intentions”. She added that Akhtar called her and sister on the guise of going about as a go between yet rather undermined her and constrained her to delicate a composed statement of regret to Roshan, hence powerfully trying to make a report in some help of her co-star.
