The Indian Space Research Organization will send off PSLV-C52 circling an earth perception satellite on February 14 at 5.59am, the commencement of which started on Sunday morning. This will be the primary send off mission of Isro this year. PSLV-C52 is intended to circle the EOS-04, weighing 1710 kg, into a sun-coordinated polar circle of 529 km, Isro said.
