In the recent incident involving the police taking action against two youths of the Vidyarthi Parishad, who tried to save the life of the University Vice Chancellor in Gwalior by rushing him to the hospital after he suffered an attack, will undergo Investigation .
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has given instructions for investigation regarding unauthorised use of vehicle by the youths and the action taken against them.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has instructed the Director General of Police that it does not seem justified to impose the section of robbery on the youths because they do not have a criminal background.
The youth did the right thing from the humanitarian perspective but it is true that their method was wrong.
This is a matter related to human sensibilities.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that this matter has come to my notice. Considering the entire circumstances, it would be appropriate to take justifiable action after probe.
In this regard the decision to investigate has been taken.
