Constitutional Fundamental Rights:
According to the provision of the Constitution of India, there is legal status for giving equal rights to women in all areas like men. For the proper development of children and women in India, women
and child development are working well in this area.
- Do not discriminate on the basis of caste, religion, sex and place of birth in article 14 of the Indian Constitution.
- Equality of Opportunity: in Article-16 (1) without any discrimination in public services. Freedom of expression in paragraph 19 (1) equally
- Do not deprive both men and women of life and physical freedom in Article 21.
