Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav highlighted the vast potential for industrial development in the Vindhya region.

To accelerate this growth, a Regional Industry Conclave is being organized in Rewa on October 23.

He assured that all obstacles to industrial development will be addressed and urged industrialists to report their challenges to the Industries Department.

Investment promotion centers have been established in every district to facilitate communication between industrialists and the government.

The responsibility for resolving local issues faced by industrialists lies with the Commissioners and Collectors. Dr. Yadav also announced that Vindhya’s industrialists will soon benefit from a container facility for product exports, with transportation available by both rail and cargo airplanes.

He emphasized that industrialists do not run their businesses solely for themselves; their industries contribute significantly to the development of the state and the nation.

The Chief Minister made these remarks during a discussion with local industrialists in preparation for the upcoming Regional Industry Conclave in Rewa on October 23.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that to speed up the industrial development of the state, the Regional Industry Conclave is being organized every month in the divisional headquarters.

This will save the industries from facing trouble. While interacting with the industrialists, the Chief Minister said that a decision will be taken soon to remove the difficulties related to the milling of paddy.

The interests of rice millers will be fully taken care of in the milling policy. The grant amount for 2022-23 has been released for industries.

Now the grant amount will be released directly into the account of the industrialist. Every obstacle to the development of the Vindhya region will be removed. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that i will leave no stone unturned in the development of Rewa.

There will be no double taxation on industries

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav discussed with the industrialists of Rewa and Mauganj present in the meeting and had a virtual conversation with the industrialists of Singrauli, Sidhi, Maihar, and Satna.

The Chief Minister said that there would be no double taxation on the industries in the industrial area.

There will be a conclave on 23rd October in Rewa to brainstorm ideas for the industrial development of the entire Vindhya.

More than 3 thousand industrialists along with 50 big industrialists have registered to participate in it.

On the same day, Bhoomi-Pujan will also be performed for the construction of an electrical substation in the industrial center Chorhata and the construction of an IT park in Rewa. Proposals for setting up many big industries in Vindhya will be received in the Regional Industry Conclave.

In the meeting, industrialists discussed and gave suggestions on the categorization of districts according to industrial development, giving special industrial zone status to Rewa, payment of paddy milling and gunny bags, giving priority to the industrialization of small towns, availability of adequate water, power, etc. for industries in Singrauli, aluminum and cement plants.
